Terms of Service

Effective June 21, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using Quri (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Quri on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service

Quri is an AI growth operator that sits on top of the tools you already run. It reads metric data from third-party tools you connect (PostHog, Google Analytics 4, Razorpay, Stripe, Meta Ads, Shopify and others), answers questions in plain language, alerts you when something moves, generates content and recommendations, and — when you switch them on — takes guarded actions on your behalf. Quri is in early access. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time.

Guarded actions you approve

Beyond reading, Quri can take write-actions — for example pausing or adjusting an ad campaign, sending an outreach email, or issuing a refund. Every action is off by default and opt-in per connector, runs with a minimum-scope credential, and requires your explicit confirmation before it executes. We write a full audit-log entry (who, what, when, the arguments, and the result) for every action. You are responsible for the actions you approve.

Money-movement actions

Some actions move money — chiefly refunds through your payment connectors (Razorpay, Stripe). These are gated the hardest: disabled by default, allow-listed, and never executed without an explicit confirmation from you for that specific action. Quri does not issue refunds or move money on its own. You remain responsible for the financial consequences of any money-movement action you confirm.

AI-generated content

Quri uses third-party AI models to generate answers, recommendations, ad creative, outreach drafts and other content. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable and is provided for you to review before you rely on or publish it. We do not warrant any particular business outcome (more revenue, lower churn, better ad performance) from following Quri’s answers or recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it goes out.

Your account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at the contact address below.

Third-party connector credentials

When you connect a third-party tool, you grant Quri read access to the data exposed by that tool on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with Quri. Use minimum-scope API keys where possible. We store credentials encrypted and access them only to serve your requests.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or interfere with the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Sales outreach — acceptable use

Where you use Quri to identify decision-makers and send outreach, you are the sender and the data controller for that outreach. You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient, honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and India’s data-protection rules), and not send deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited messages. We may suspend outreach features for accounts that breach this clause.

Intellectual property

Quri and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that answers or alerts are accurate, complete, or timely. Do not rely on Quri for decisions that require professional advice (legal, financial, medical).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.
