Data Deletion
Effective June 4, 2026
You can request deletion of your Quri account and all data we hold for you at any time. This includes account details, waitlist entries, and any metric data or credentials from the third-party tools you connected (such as Meta, Google Analytics, PostHog, Razorpay, and Stripe).
1. Disconnect your connectors
In the app, open Connections and remove each connected tool. Removing a connector deletes the stored credentials for that source and stops Quri from accessing it. This also revokes the access Quri held via Meta or Google for that connection.
2. Email us to delete your account
Send a deletion request from your account email to the address below with the subject "Delete my data". We will permanently delete your account, waitlist entry, stored connector credentials, and any retained metric data.
3. We confirm within 30 days
We action deletion requests and confirm by email within 30 days. Operational logs that may contain limited identifiers are purged on their normal retention schedule. Some records may be retained only where required by law.
