Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026

Quri collects only what it needs to operate the Service for you — to read your metrics, answer your questions, alert you when something moves, and run the growth tasks you switch on. This policy describes what we process and why, including the third-party data your connected tools expose, the people you reach through sales outreach, the public signals we watch, and the first-party analytics tag you can install.

What we collect

Account information (name, work email, password hash) when you sign up. Metric data pulled from the third-party tools you connect (PostHog, GA4, Razorpay, Stripe, Meta Ads, Shopify and others) — only the data your API credentials expose. Content you create or that Quri generates for you (questions, recommendations, ad creative, outreach drafts). Usage logs (request timestamps, error traces) to operate and improve the Service.

Sales outreach data (decision-maker PII)

When you use the sales engine, Quri processes business contact information about decision-makers — typically name, role, employer, and a work email — so you can reach the right person. The lawful basis is your legitimate interest in B2B outreach (or consent where required); for individuals in the EU/UK you act as controller and Quri as processor. We honour opt-out: a contact can ask to be removed and you can delete outreach data at any time. We do not use this data to build profiles for our own marketing.

Social listening (public signals)

If you enable social listening, Quri monitors publicly available signals — mentions of your brand and competitors, public posts and ad creative — to surface trends and competitor moves. We process only public information and inferences drawn from it; competitor "performance" is always an estimate, never measured private data. You control which brands and competitors are watched and can remove a watch at any time.

Quri Tag (first-party analytics)

Quri Tag is an optional first-party script you can install on your own site to stitch a visitor’s journey across the tools you connect. It sets a first-party identifier and records page and event activity on your site under your control — it is not a third-party advertising tracker and is not shared across customers. Your site visitors’ data is processed on your behalf; you are responsible for disclosing the tag in your own privacy notice and obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires. You can stop collection by removing the tag, and you can ask us to delete the data it gathered.

AI provider processing

To generate answers, recommendations, and content, Quri sends the relevant context to a third-party AI model provider acting as our sub-processor under a data-processing agreement. We send only what is needed for the task and instruct providers not to train their general models on your data. AI output is generated for you to review; see the Terms for the no-outcome-warranty position.

Sub-processors

We share data only with the infrastructure and service providers needed to run the Service, each under a data-processing agreement: cloud hosting and storage (our hosting provider), an AI model provider (to generate answers and content), and an email-delivery provider (to send alerts and the outreach you initiate). We maintain this list and update it when it changes; contact us for the current details.

What we do not collect

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run ad targeting on you. We do not read your connected tools beyond what is needed to answer your questions, generate alerts, or run the tasks you approve. We do not store raw metric data beyond the retention window needed to compute your baselines and detect anomalies.

How we use your data

To provide the Service — answering queries, generating alerts, and displaying results. To operate and improve reliability — logs and error traces help us debug and maintain uptime. To contact you about your account, early-access status, or material changes to this policy.

Third-party connectors

When you connect a third-party tool, Quri makes API calls to that service on your behalf using the credentials you supply. Data returned is processed in-memory to produce answers and alerts. Credentials are stored encrypted. We access them only to serve your requests.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, logging) under data-processing agreements, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We retain each class of data only as long as needed. Account data is kept while your account is active. Metric data is retained for the window needed to compute baselines (typically 90 days) and then deleted. Sales-outreach contact data is kept until you delete it or a contact opts out. Social-listening watch results are kept for the trend window you configure. Quri Tag activity is retained for the journey window and then aggregated or deleted. Audit-log entries for guarded actions are retained for accountability. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for credentials and personal data. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR — contact us to exercise them.

Cookies

Quri uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
